I am an optimistic and passionate Product Manager with a drive to revolutionise the FMCG field through innovative concepts and contributions to the food and beverage industry. Currently, I am proud to be a part of the Buderim Ginger team, a reputable family-owned business with a rich 80-year history behind its brand.My fascination with the world of food began during my time at The University of the Sunshine Coast. As part of a Climate Change Research project in the Andes, I had the opportunity to travel to Ecuador and experience firsthand the diverse cultural aspects of the food system, from farming to commercialization. This eye-opening experience ignited a lifelong interest in trends, product development, and business growth.In 2016, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey and established my own Chocolate company. There, I crafted a range of single-origin and limited-edition single estate chocolates. This venture also led me to collaborate with cocoa farms in the Solomon Islands, working closely with Makira Gold to improve farming practices and achieve certifications for in-conversion/organic processes.After successfully selling my Ice Cream start-up, which I developed and managed for two years, I joined the team at Buderim Ginger. At present, my focus lies in driving innovation and staying attuned to market trends to ensure the successful introduction of our exciting new products to the market.I am also fortunate to find equal pleasure in the captivating world of photography. I have seamlessly integrated this visual medium into my life and career, allowing me to tell personal and inspiring stories through the lens of my camera. With my unique creative approach and signature cinematic style, I take immense delight in capturing the essence of the world around me, revealing moments of wonder and beauty through my photographs. It brings me immense satisfaction to use photography as a means of documenting the world and sharing its magic with others.A constant desire to grow and improve fuels both my personal and professional endeavors.
