Early Intervention Office Administrator
Current• Manage all requests for records including both incoming requests and requests to share records outside the program.• Model exceptional customer service and relationship-building behaviors enhancing customer loyalty.• Develop relationships with vendors for office supplies, vending machines, and office furniture, negotiated contracts to save the company.• Coordinate building maintenance including maintenance, IT, copiers, and shredding requests/tickets.• Facilitate administrative functions, management of all correspondence, daily scheduling, tracking expenses, and developing productivity reports.• Create efficiency-enhancing workflow process improvements that made it possible to accommodate the increasing responsibility.• Enter routine data into tracker or other program/agency systems, in a timely manner, as assigned by supervisor.• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s financial functions.• Coordinate and distribute National Center on Special Education Accountability Monitoring (NCSEAM) survey.
