Currently undertaking my Food Sevice placement

- Generating and selling approximately 15 memberships per day, operating a current filing system, whilst conversing and interacting with new members- Maintaining facility by vacuuming floors, removing rubbish, cleaning three bathrooms, and removing weights from the floor- Handled 15+ incoming calls per day.Answering inquiries made by members and resolved any customer complaints

- Facilitated in preparation and delivery of individual performance nutrition for 25 footballers- Formulated over 25 specific nutritional resources to aid the education of staff & players- Conducted hydration and sweat testing of 25 footballers. Prepared and provided food platters, energy balls, Vitamin D shots and Hydrolyte- Analyzed and presented nutrition-related literature on hydration and performance to inform best practice. - Observed conduction of skin folds and nutrition consultations of players with sports dietitian- Collaborated with AFL staff (coaching, fitness and medical) on athlete management during the AFL season

- Designed specific workouts for individual clients based on performance ability- Construct classes focusing on cardiovascular fitness, and resistance training for approximately 20 gym members- Organized and executed personalized programs for 10 clients per week

- Produced and served roughly 400 coffees, toasting and preparing food products. - Supervised a team of 3 waitresses and delegated tasks to be accomplished. - Organized & oversaw daily cashflow from till as well as taking inventory

- Provided Food and alcohol and produced around 300 coffees a day- Communicated with over 300 people a day, connected with customers and building relationships- Conducted sanitary practices by cleaning over 200 dishes and equipment
