Audrey practises in dispute resolution, specialising in workplace relations and insurance. She appears as counsel in tribunals, the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal and is formally trained in mediation, regularly representing clients in mediations and conciliations.Audrey leads the Commercial Litigation team of Dobson Mitchell Allport and from 2015 is a Director of the Board. Experienced in assisting clients to resolve complex and difficult disputes whether arrising out of business contracts, employment or covered by insurance. Audrey is a past Chair and current Member of the Law Society of Tasmania's Employment, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, bringing a different perspective to her workplace relations practice.Audrey has years of in depth experience dealing with a range of industries.
