As a team member being able to work effectively in import, export and equipment is vital to keep fluidity with customer demands.Cooperation with other groups at CN is essential to success for the team, including sales reps, terminal operations, billing and rail planning. Effective time management is essential due to the fast paced 24/7 industry of railway transportation. The ability to solve problems that arise causing network delays is also crucial so that important information can be relayed to the customers.
