Global and Local Organizing Committee member of the first ever Global Evidence Summit, South Africa, September 2017. Assisting five partner organisations and local team to ensure +1300 tickets sold. My role was to produce all event branding, develop communications packages, manage social media, website/app development (Drupal) and content, programming and reports. Also, the key pre- and on-site event contact for partners and delegates.Supporting nation hosts to manage and produce the annual Cochrane Colloquia and Cochrane Governance Meetings. Currently working on events for 2018 to 2021. Assisting in all areas of event planning from communication, marketing, contracts, budgets, stipends to website/app management.Sponsorship committee member for Cochrane Colloquia. Making sure global organisations continue to sponsor our main event each year. Keeping sponsors up-to-date as the first point of contact as well as tracking sales for event hosts.Developed the Cochrane Community exhibition stands for annual Cochrane Colloquia. This involves creating the communications strategy and design work for the stand, involving interactive content for delegates as well as onsite management and presentations.Producing all brand communications for Cochrane globally.
