I am passionate about empowering women in business. I have over 26 years’ experience running restaurants and bars and ran my own catering company until 2022. I am using my passion to help more women transition to senior leadership and help new leaders make that leap. I feel that my level of experience enables me to mentor and coach in areas such as: team building and leadership, planning, productivity, conflict resolution, cost effectiveness, training and recruitment. As a counsellor, I look at the individual as a whole. I endeavour to understand working models such as their approach to team work or business planning. I put this into practice via an empathetic approach and co-create a bespoke, accessible and easy to navigate plan going forward. My approach is fun, relational and goal orientated. My emphasis as a mentor and coach focuses on helping build confidence and direction whilst empowering the individuals or teams to develop in areas they feel they need.
