Milly Petrie Email and Phone Number
I am here to change the world. It is my goal in life to leave behind a legacy of a more sustainable, equal, and fair world. Where people are provided with equal opportunities no matter their gender, ethnicity, sexuality, and abilities. Kia Ora, my name is Milly Petrie and I have absence seizure epilepsy. As a neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ youth, society was not built for people like me. I strive to represent my communities and show that no matter your background, you can do amazing things. Some of my proudest achievements include: - Becoming chairperson for the Hawke's Bay Rangatahi Environment Committee (2023) - Having a volunteer record of 500+ hours (2023) - Becoming a member of the Hasting's Youth Council (2023) - Receiving the Senior Dance Scholarship at Sophie Jean Dance Company (2021) - Receiving a scholarship for Festival for the Future (2023) - Gaining the Karamu High School Cup for the Best NCEA Level One results from a Year 10 Student
