I am an urban researcher, planner and designer with a strong focus on social justice and place-based approaches to the sustainability transition. I have a range of international professional experience across academia, consultancy, social enterprise and design practice.I currently work as an ESG Research Consultant at Stride Treglown, where I focus on developing the Impact Analysis initiative which uses qualitative research to better understand the quality of life in places we design and develop. I am also part of the Social Value Taskforce, which works towards the creation of social value throughout engagement, design and development processes.Alongside my role with Stride Treglown, I also work as a Research Assistant at the Bartlett School of Planning on the Trusting Communities: Principles of Community Ownership and Stewardship project. This role includes data collection, data analysis, interviews, workshops and co-design, and is funded by the British Academy / Leverhulme research grant.I hold an MSc in Urban Design and City Planning from the Bartlett School of Planning, UCL, where I graduated with the year-group prize for the 2021/22 cohort. Before this, I graduated with a first-class MA (Hons) in Social Anthropology and Social History from the University of Edinburgh.
