Personally I have coached a number of Associate Directors successfully to Partner level at PwC but my experience coaching includes peer coaching and middle management coaching. Outside of PwC, in various industries, I have coached selected senior to junior candidates. I also enjoy the coaching of small and young businesses and have coached and supported them in maturing their business capabilities. Currently I am actively coaching at Tendable Limited and at clients in South Africa, including a key National Government department and its provincial affiliated department. I continue to take on new coaching relationships at present.

My area of focus was turnaround and transformation focusing on large scale multi-disciplinary performance initiatives. I had gained extensive exposure in private sector (hospital groups, pharmaceutical companies, medical schemes and administrators, healthcare investment companies) and public sector (healthcare at national and provincial, and non healthcare at various levels including state owned entities. This spans across a broad range of strategy, transformation, finance management, supply chain management, organisational design, target operating models. Healthcare operations, capacity building and performance improvement areas.

The partner admission process is overseen by the Admissions Committee, a subcommittee of the Governance Board which I made part of. As a member of the Governing Board my duties included the fiduciaries who steer the Partnership towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission.

In Public Sector these include executives at the National Departments of Health and Finance and Treasury, Human Settlement; worked with Gauteng Finance and treasury, health, public works and infrastructure provincial governments, Mpumalanga, Eastern Cape, North West; State owned entities - RAF, PRASA, Transnet, UIF. I also served in the People partner role for my divisions.
