I am motivated by my passion to move people, businesses and important causes forward. During my 35 years as a qualified CA I worked in both public and private organisations taking pride in leading transformation in Finance, Healthcare and Professional Services. I also contribute to various boards for both NGOs and corporations. In the last few years I have begun to focus my attention on working with people to unlock their intrinsic value through Integral Professional Coaching. I started my company, 'Coaching By Milly Williams', in 2016 after training at the Centre for Coaching, UCT Graduate School of Business, as a qualified coach. Healthcare remains a key priority of mine. I aim to create meaningful impact, industry shifts and believe that "All you need to know is the future is wide open" and I am ready to shape it with you! I leverage my years of experience in strategy and transformation focusing on large scale multi-disciplinary performance initiatives to provide industry consultation. I aspire to work in more philanthropic ventures as I use my time, resources, knowledge and passion to address the needs of children and animals.
