With over 11 years of experience in the coffee industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who believes in the power of women's leadership, social responsibility, and quality coffee. As the managing director of Colombia Coffee Roasters, a family-run business that offers single-origin Colombian coffees roasted in Oxford, I oversee the operations, strategy, and growth of the company, while also supporting the local community and the farmers in Colombia.In my current role, I have led the expansion of the company from one to four coffee shops, increased the annual revenue by 50%, and established a loyal customer base. I have also implemented various initiatives to promote women's empowerment, environmental sustainability, and fair trade practices, such as partnering with local charities, organizing workshops and events, and sourcing organic and ethically produced beans. My skills in leadership, business, and law have enabled me to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the coffee market, and to create a positive and inclusive culture for my team and customers.
