My duties included auditing the work of other team members; training new hires; editing training documents and tutorials via Sharepoint pages; and communicating with other Microsoft teams and partners. I've also critically analyzed procedures and offered up solutions to streamline processes including the creation of documents and templates used to share information across the team.
