With Western Computer never having a full High Street retail store, my previous experience of retail was a huge help to create the store that they wanted. I help decide on what products to include in the new store, and how it is merchandised. We have frequent meetings with the Managing Director about new products and how we can best take advantage of them in the stores.I became the Store Manager in August 2007 and have been able to create a store that consistently meets its sale targets and exceed them. I have supported and trained new members of staff including my assistant manager, and our weekend staff.
