A subset of my client engagements include:- Developed a strategy and implementation plan for a multi-year merger of two large Federal agencies that included a comprehensive analysis of the legislative, regulatory, financial, cultural, and environmental variables that impacted the merger, stakeholder interviews with senior leadership across the Federal government, and numerous strategy development working sessions. - Developed a strategy and implementation roadmap for an information services organization that outlined the long-term goals and objectives for the organization against a 5-year blueprint for implementation through the use of initiatives, milestones, and measures of success.- Developed an operations strategy that enabled a consumer product safety organization to proactively identify product safety hazards, and employ empirical, risk management decision support mechanisms.- Developed and implemented a strategic management process for a policy client that integrated performance management activities into a five-phase repeatable planning process.- Developed and implemented an operations strategy for a national university and training center that included the creation of a governance framework, new business processes, and a performance management framework that resulted in significant operational efficiencies and cost savings.- Implemented a performance management framework across a federated enterprise of 26 organizations.

- Implemented an agency-wide business strategy that included operational performance improvements and end-to-end supply chain management processes that improved the delivery of critical-to-quality inputs and outputs.- Supported the design and development of an enterprise-wide supply chain management information system to coordinate asset management activities and transportation logistics for U.S. embassies worldwide.- Provided assurance analysis support for an equity trading technology that was used by portfolio managers to execute diverse investment strategies for multi-billion dollar mutual funds. - Developed end-to-end business processes and workflow diagrams for a large telecommunications client that defined the complex interrelationships and dependencies between their disparate organizational units.
