Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current• Run full cycle recruitments for a variety of job openings.• Build deep partnerships with the Hiring Managers for the assigned openings to understand business needs, technical requirements and team dynamics while providing high quality ideas on sourcing strategies and challenges. • Source external candidates using wide variety of recruitment methods: headhunting, social networking, job posting & etc. and propose innovative sourcing strategies to execute successful recruitment plan. • Act as a recruitment expert and provide guidance and best practices to Hiring Managers when needed. • Partner closely with Regional HR Managers & Global HR Director to ensure that the recruitment process is followed as defined. • Ensure excellent candidates' experience and be company’s culture & values ambassador. • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.Reporting• Ensure weekly WIP reports submitted in timely manner.• Provide HR operation & administrative support to various departments as needed
