Jobactive GmbH has been present on the market as an independent company for more than ten years now. Jobactive was created in 2001 from the former recruitment and pool management of the Bayer Group. Until February 2010, Jobactive was a subsidiary of Bayer Business Services GmbH. Since March 2010, the company has been a wholly owned subsidiary of hanfried Personaldienstleistungen GmbH.
