The Raid Hannibal is the trail and mountain association of emlyon business school.With an annual budget of €130,000, the association organizes several projects, including its flagship event: a 4-day itinerant and multidisciplinary raid. This event brings together around 250 runners and mobilizes 100 volunteers to ensure its smooth execution.My responsibilities:- Prospecting: Identifying and approaching companies to establish financial partnerships, secure prizes for participants, and source products to include in the welcome packs.- Logistical preparation: Conducting site inspections for the various events to ensure feasibility and safety.- On-site support: Managing the opening and marking of trails to guide runners and provide them with the best possible experience.This role allowed me to develop skills in project management, commercial prospecting, and logistical coordination in a dynamic and demanding environment.

During this internship, my main mission was to oversee the deployment of a new ERP system, Business Central, within Geismar’s Spanish subsidiary.
