(1) As the Head of Information Security and Risk at MPCH, a leading Enterprise Key Management Service, I design and implement Operation-focused compliance and Governance for cyber and information security, ensuring that the firm's information assets and technologies are adequately technically and procedurally protected. I also establish and maintain the vision and strategy for the continued maturity and evolution of cyber security activities, aligning them with the firm's objectives and values. (2) With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Wales, I have a strong background in human behaviour and cognition, which enables me to understand and anticipate the risks and threats that the firm and its clients face in the dynamic and complex digital asset space. I have also developed core competencies in information security, business continuity, ISO 27001, and cyber security management, through my previous roles as the Chief Information Security Officer at Fraction, a fintech startup, and the Custody Operations Manager at Genesis Global Trading, a digital currency broker-dealer. In these roles, I successfully led and supported multiple projects and initiatives to enhance the security, compliance, and efficiency of the operations, systems, and processes, working with diverse and cross-functional teams and stakeholders. I am passionate about leveraging my skills and experience to contribute to the growth and innovation of the digital asset industry, and to the security and resilience of the firm and its clients.
