As a dynamic leader, I have had the privilege of serving in pivotal roles within my district, leaving an indelible mark on our operations and culture. In my role as the district’s Vision Services Support Lead, I mentored, trained, and guided teams in vision services best practices, instilling a culture of excellence in exam room operations and technology. Serving as the subject matter expert, I ensured seamless onboarding and training for Store Leaders and Optometrists during new store openings.In 2021, I assumed the role of the district's Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity Lead, championing initiatives that fostered an inclusive and equitable environment. I actively supported the development of training scenarios for retail teams, provided valuable feedback to enhance accessibility of IE&D, and prioritized Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity principles across the district.In 2020, I held the position of the district's Training Lead, facilitating in-store onboarding for new Store Leaders nationwide. As the go-to person for training inquiries, I played a central role in partnering with our HQ Retail Training team on rollouts and initiatives. Throughout these roles, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to elevating team capabilities, fostering an inclusive culture, and ensuring excellence in training and development.
