As a director and coach of Wolf Coaching Limited, my role is to provide bespoke training and nutrition coaching that provides clients with results. I draw on my expertise as an athlete, coach and scientist to design highly effective programs that enable clients to reach their goals - whether that is to look their best, feel their strongest or get healthier.More broadly, this role involves staying in regular communication with clients and maintaining an online presence through social media.

As a director for Aesop Research Limited, my role is to lead and oversee the development of a digital fitness product that helps users reach their health, fitness, bodybuilding and powerlifting goals.

As a coach intern under Professor Mike Israetel of RP, it was my role to deliver high-level bespoke evidence-based coaching to motivated individuals seeking to improve some aspect of their fitness and/or health. This experience enabled me to work with a large number of clients and streamline my coaching process.
