The Committee serves all members of the NAPBS APAC Chapter and facilitates Members’ internal communication within the APAC region as well as with all other NAPBS members as a whole, to promote Members’ understanding of others’ services and professional conduct. It also aims to contribute to the Association’s communication efforts to help raise industry and public awareness of the background screening industry.

• Developing and maintaining overseas screening channels as well as promoting the company’s international reputation.• Managing foreign customer relationships and ensuring that enquiries are answered with satisfaction.• Making analyses of monthly and quarterly statistics of the company.• Taking control of overseas service quality while coordinating with different departments inside the company to enhance work efficiency. • Making important decisions with the management team of the company for future development.
