Here is a highlight of what was accomplished during those five years:Led the team in the $750,000 remodel and expansion of our facility. Coordinated with the architect, contractor, and a team of volunteers to deliver the project on time and under budget.Developed a strategy to increase participation in our online giving tools. Overall impact resulted in an increase of income from $965,000 to $1,500,000 in 5 years.Built our Men’s Ministry into an indispensable cornerstone of our church. Example: 38% of children ministry volunteers were men and 54% of student ministry volunteers were men.Developed the Spiritual Leadership Course, an intense 13-week program that equipped men to be spiritual leaders in their home, community, and church. 120 men graduated from the course. Over $19,000,000 worth of work was secured during that period of time.

Pathway was a new church in a growing bedroom community of Indianapolis. Average age at the church was 32 years old. Majority of attendees had not been active in church prior to joining Pathway. Responsibilities included raising financial support to launch the church, discover and develop leaders, implement a vision and strategy, administrate resources, staff oversight, and teaching on Sunday mornings.

Located in rural Ohio, this small-town church serves its local town and surrounding community by providing Sunday and mid-week services. As Senior Pastor, I was responsible for proposing and implementing the church budget, teaching 4 times a week, baby dedications, weddings, funerals, working with small town councils, and serving as a chaplain at the local hospital.
