My responsibilities in this company are:complete project workflow, from idea, cooperation with investor with determination of project budget and time management, sketching of preliminary drafts, 3d visualization, drawing of general projects with complete technical documentation and all following parts of project such as constructive details, energy efficiency calculation, acoustic calculation, final costs count. I was also involved in process of acquiring construction permits, construction work overview, interior design of purchased apartments and buildings, construction site organization plans.I traveled a lot, to cover construction sites in neighboring country.In this company I have participated in more than 50 architectural projects, including housing, multifamily apartment buildings and condo buildings, industrial objects, hotels projects. I have participated as a beginner, as well as a senior architect. Meine Aufgaben in diesem Büro sind: kompletter Projektablauf von der Idee, die Zusammenarbeit mit Investor an der Bestimmung der Projektfinanzierung und Zeitsteuerung , von Vorentwürfen, 3D-Visualisierung , der Hauptbauprojekt mit kompletten technischen Dokumentationen mit allen begleitenden Teilen des Projekts, wie konstruktive Einzelheiten, Energieeffizienzberechnung , akustische Berechnung, die Vorausmass und Voranschlag zählen. Ich bin auch in das Prozess des Erwerbens der Bauwilligungen, der Überwachung des Bauens, Innenarchitektur der gekauften Wohnungen und Gebäuden, Baustellenorganisation Pläne einbezogen worden. Ich reiste viel, um Baustellen in Nachbarländern zu besuchen. Ich habe mich an mehr als 50 Architekturprojekten beteiligt, nicht nur als Anfänger, sondern auch als leitender Architekt.

I worked in France as a part of international cooperation program between my employer and Swiss company Faverde SA. During two months I was working and living in France with following responsibilities: getting familiar with French building regulation and workflow, creating preliminary drawings with investor and creating project visualization. Since this company is specialized for wooden constructions with outstanding thermal insulation and prefabricated constructions, I have spent time learning about new construction systems and ideas, as well as tendencies in European architecture.Ich arbeitete in Frankreich als Teilnehmer des Programms der internationale Zusammenarbeit zwischen meinem Arbeitgeber und Schweizer Unternehmen Faverde SA. Meine Aufgaben waren: das Informieren über Bauordnung und Arbeitfluss, Erstellung von den Vorzeichnungen mit dem Investor und die Schaffung von der Projektvisualisierung. Weil dieses Unternehmen auf Holzkonstruktionen mit hoher Wärmedämmung und vorgefertigten Konstruktionen spezialisiert ist, hatte ich nicht nur die Möglichkeit das Kenntnis von den neuen Bausystemen und neuen Ideen zu bekommen, sondern auch neue Tendenzen in westeuropäischer Architektur zu erkennen.

During my college education I spent two months as an architect intern in company that had whole building process covered. With architectural, constructive, mechanical, electrical and plumbing department. My responsibilities were to get familiar with company organization and project realization and construction site organization, coordination of different departments and different parts of projects.Während meines Studiums verbrachte ich zwei Monate als Praktikant im Projektbüro, das gesamte Gebäude - Prozess abgedeckt hat. Mit architektonischer, konstruktiver, mechanischer, elektrischer und Sanitärtechnik-Abteilung. Meine Aufgaben waren sowohl mit Unternehmensorganisation vertraut zu werden, als auch mit der Projektrealisierung und Baustellenorganisation, der Koordination der verschiedenen Abteilungen und verschiedenen Teilen von den Projekten beschäftigt zu sein.
