About Milos Pavlovic

As the CTO at ECD, I was deeply involved in the process of licensing the first crypto exchange in Serbia with the Central Bank. I manage the platform operations and project delivery, ensuring information security and compliance. I also implemented the first crypto wallet in Serbia, enabling users to securely store and transfer digital assets.With over 15 years of experience in IT management and leadership, I have a proven track record of designing and executing IT strategy, aligning it with corporate targets, and positioning IT as a business driver rather than a support function. I have successfully led complex and innovative projects in multinational environments, such as SAP support, data warehouse implementation, in-house cards processing system, and core banking system replacement. I am passionate about people development, team management, and vendor management. I have a master's degree in business administration and an ITIL certification.
