Delta DMD Division Manager for Ferrero, Diageo untill March 2012.Diageo brands and Aqua Gala dedicated Manager from March 2012. Responsible for establishing Delta DMD Beverage Division with 10 leading beverage brands in different categories of Spirits, SoftDrinks, Espresso Coffee... during 2015.Managing full Beverage Division portfolio of 10 brands from April 2016.Responsible for business plan achievement, marketing and sales strategy planning and implementation, brand development and brand introduction into Delta DMD portfolio.Currently managing first line of 12 Sales, Marketing and OnTrade managers, in a sales division of 160+ employees.

Position connected to all Delta DMD major departments, Sales, Finance, Logistics with main purpose to find and materialize problems, improve performance and control, create and implement solutions, procedures and reporting systems.Project management is a significant part of this position; projects are mostly but not only in IT area and generally are connected to performance and process improvements, software development, automation and reporting.Creating project initiatives, “selling” ideas and projects, finding operative solutions for problems, interaction with senior management and all departments, coordinating and handling regular operative assignments as well as approved projects are day to day activities on Operations Manager position in Delta DMD.

Responsible for a team of 6 Brand managers + Export Import department, managing 10 Delta DMD's imported brands (Beiersdorf, Mars, Ferrero, Chipita, Diageo, Johnson Wax, Perfetti Van Melle, Buitoni, Shark, Intersnack).Tasks my team and I constantly managed were: various brand performance analisys, optimal stocks, part of logistics, budget coordination, price modelling, sales and merchandising activities coordination, marketing planning and execution for some brands, performance measuring for sales force and suply chain, development of new measuring systems (KPI "Software" development), constant comunication and plan - result presentations with Brand owners...

Responsible for Mars (Masterfoods at the time) and Perfetti Van Melle brands. Responsible for marketing activities planning and implementation, product ordering and planning, sales activities and budget coordination, financial part of suply chain, transport coordination, price modeling.
