My entrepreneurial efforts were instrumental in establishing Termovent as a leading industry player, leading up to its acquisition by the Swiss corporation, Arbonia Group.My work was recognized by the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM) in 2015, when I was named the "Young Manager of the Year," underscoring my innovative business approach and outstanding results.Having led challenging projects across more than 20 countries, I've developed a comprehensive perspective on leading businesses and people. My philosophy hinges on three principles: 1. Quality should never be compromised; 2. Decision-making, even if erroneous, is crucial;3. Importance of fostering win-win partnerships.Currently, I am a member of the Management Board of the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM), continuously seeking to contribute to the growth and development of the business community.
