• Carrying out industrial brokerage and advisory services on behalf of both landlords and/or tenants• Market responsibility for a certain geographical area• Participating in winning of new projects• Proactive identifying and approaching of new business opportunities.• Maintaining regular contact with existing and potential industrial occupiers in order to maintain and establish new business relationships• Preparing and delivering relevant property market presentations and marketing materials to clients on regular basis.• Creating and maintaining strong relationship with local and international developers, especially leasing managers.• Monitoring of the industrial property market.
