During the Rabobank Food Waste Challenge, we (team of last-phase students) were responsible for designing the behavioural interventions that were used in order to influence the behaviour of kitchen personnel in order to reduce their food waste. In addition, we led the practical side of the challenge by involving all stakeholders.
