- Providing support and technical expertise to improve the quality of materials and final products.- Inspection of all incoming materials in terms of detecting nonconformities and deviations.- Decision making on isolating non-compliant materials with relevant communication to suppliers, generating root cause analysis and CAPA.- Participation in the creation/review of procedures, work instructions and other quality related documents.- Reviewing standard work processes to propose productivity initiatives. Leading initiatives to improve material quality standards.- Defining, implementing and maintaining a material and semi-finished product control strategy, including acceptance criteria for all incoming materials in line with PMI’s guidelines and procedures.- Develop a strong partnership with internal/external stakeholders to ensure excellent quality and compliance with PMI requirements, standardization and continuous improvement.

- Lead team in production in order to achieve target KPIs by ensuring full compliance with all operational standards and policies.- Coordination of work activities and daily tasks during shift, managing people on production lines, providing clear information flow, setting priorities and work instructions to the team.- Ensure continuous production process for achieving operational performance targets with providing top quality products to consumers.- Provide relevant operational reports of machine performance and valid information to the management for further analyses.- Provide improvement proposals for operational KPIs, safety and quality.- Manage, motivate and develop team by mastering their technical/soft skills to raise productivity and overall team performance.- Absence management fully in line with production plan and maintenance/trainings/cleaning activities during shift.

- Providing Direct Materials and Semi-components supply on time and in full in order to ensure continuous production flow- Purchase order call-off in line with defined ordering strategy and order monitoring from end-to-end- Inventory management in order to maintain stock level on target- Manage supplier's performance in line with KPI's and continuous improvement of business relationships- Continuous MRP control to ensure DIM availability for smooth realization of production plan- MRP check related to market demand changes and coordination with production planners- SAP Material Master setup for new and regular materials- Lead projects to improve business processes and eliminate waste

- Providing Direct Materials supply on time and in full in order to support continuous production flow- Actively support efficient execution of Marketing projects and initiatives- Build and mantain business relationships with assigned suppliers- Continuously monitor and manage supplier's performance- Analyse and propose resourcing opportunities for direct materials to reduce overall costs- Maintain Direct Material costs and ensure they are in line with budgeted values- Manage stocks level in order to achieve targeted month end inventory values- Direct Materials budget preparation- Various analysis preparation for internal and external clients

- Schedule maintenance activities in line with production plan to ensure continuous production flow and fulfill market requirements- Plan maintenance activities in order to ensure effective execution of Marketing projects and new launches- Schedule and maintain preventive maintenance activities to ensure best possible machine performance for superior product quality- Organize maintenance activities to support new machine/equipment installation and relocation- Schedule and follow up work orders execution in order to minimize impact on production flow- Provide analysis related to spare parts consumption and costs
