Responsible for production, production planning, technology and maintenance.

• Management of 13 team members and approx. 50 contractors in two localities of the company (Kralupy and Litvinov)• Direct responsibility for budget management in the amount of approx. 120 MM CZK• Responsibility for day to day maintenance, equipment overhauls, plant turnarounds, long term strategy and planning, engineering standards and capital projects for instrumentation (field instrumentation, QMI, PLC systems, DCS and IPS systems, F&G systems, CCTV, plant radio-communication devices) and electrical facilities (low and high voltage)• Setting and analysing of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies• Technical and engineering support during preparation and implementation of new investment projects• Implementation new methods and tools for increasing availability and reliability of instrumentation and electrical equipment • Risk and Reliability Management program (SIL levels and testing intervals for safeguarding systems)• Developing competency map, training and motivation program for all subordinates, including main contractors

• Preparation and execution of 4-year cycle overhaul event on Hydro – Cracker production unit in Litvinov refinery.• Responsibility for major repair in all maintenance discipline (including rotating, mechanical and civil equipment)• Management of 20 team members and approx. 350 external contractors• Implementing planned capital investment projects• Executing maintenance work in total value of 100 MM CZK in 27 engineering days
