I’ve travelled to over 25 countries in the past 3 years, building infrastructure for remote workers and connecting destinations with visitors.In September 2021 I went for a walk.800km long walk across northern Spain. This walk led me to start my digital nomad journey eventually leading to discovering the hidden gems of destinations like the Azores where I fell in love with the community spirit and natural beauty, or Japan, where I learnt plenty about life. My travels have shaped my perspective on tourism. I’ve realized that while the digital nomad movement is growing, the tourism sector hasn’t fully adapted to these trends. In October 2023 I went for another walk.I trekked in the Himalayas, fulfilling a childhood dream. This experience solidified my desire to work in tourism, where I can make a meaningful impact.So I set off on a mission to help tourism prepare for the future. And everything that comes with it. We all know the tourism industry has faced tough times recently, with travel restrictions, reduced budgets, and changing traveller behaviour. These challenges have opened up new possibilities.
