• Ensure Lean Ordering OS implementation for Mercedes E and S class projects. • Coordinates and controls work of MPC team in SAP, analyse processes, resolve issues, generate indicators and reports to PC&L manager. • Main responsible for all audits in MPC department.• Ensure implementation of work instruction and DBS procedures within MPC areas.• Monitor QVC results and ensure that root cause analysis is performed and gaps are closed.• Execute OSA audits and work with MPC Team to define action plan and help MPC Team to close the gaps.• Organize and provide training for MPC Team as needed.• Follow up on certification process, ensure the gaps of the trainings are closed and ensure the training is refreshed.• Ensure all monitoring tools/reports are executed, followed and action plan to close the gaps prepared: - ROT, ROT extension; - SAP Effectiveness Metrics reports; - PC-Workbench (Ordering Parameters, Supplier EDI compliance); - PU Coverage (PUC to SM and WIP); - Obsolete Report; - Call Off Attainment; - Supermarket Feedback System; - Critical & Excess; - Inventory Dicrepancy Tracker; - PFEP; - Engineering Change DataBase; - Premium Report; - PRR/CR reports; - Downtime Report; - Headcount Tracker (Ordering related functions); - Truck Occupation Report for Inbound.• Ensure the installation and usage of all IT tools that support the Ordering OS: - SAP LO; - DCIX; - Others as required.• Represent the Country in IT Tool enhancement discussions on Regional Level; - Lead the Country User Acceptance Testing for the newly developed or enhanced IT Tools; - Implement / roll out IT Tools developments (ex. Lean ordering in SAP, IDT, GMMT, etc).• Represent the Country in Region meetings/reviews. • Collect and filter plant proposed enhancements and screen any initiatives for compliance with ordering OS and escalate to global SME as needed.

• Establishes and manages daily, weekly, and monthly production scheduling process MPS (Master Production Schedule), MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and CAP (Capacity Planning) for the site and adjusts schedules accordingly to deliver site goals, objectives and customer forecast demands.• Monitors performances against the MPS and the production plan and reconciles the MPS to the production plan as required.• Conducts Rough Cut Capacity Requirement Planning; analyzes site capacity requirements, identifies mid-long term bottlenecks and discusses corrective action.• Liaise directly with customers to understand their requirements and establish schedules/forecasts whilst working closely with Production to ensure on-time delivery of finished product to customer and revenue realisation.• Provides clear and concise communication of planning priorities and production schedules to achieve site revenue and OTD (On Time Delivery) goals.• Plan, set up and coordinate Customer shipments including freight management.• Identify and control raw materials requirements consumed in the manufacture of finished product through maintenance of MRP.• Responsible for data maintenance, updating of system records and reports for Supply Chain and Production.• Work closely with/supports Purchasing and Logistics functions within the plant.• Revising production schedules when required due to revision changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, manufacturing, sales, and engineering.• Conducts statistics analysis, production scenario planning & modeling with various customers demand to recommend optimal production plan to minimize cost and maximum operations output.• Expedite and escalate any issues to the site Manager as necessary to resolve.• Perform scheduling activities, including for vacation, availability and call-out calendars.• Perform additional duties at the request of the direct Manager.• Wise ERP Key User.
