- Project leader in construction of laboratory for reception of raw milk, physico-chemical laboratory and microbiological laboratory,- Member od project team for construction of Factory Bio Panon from the beginning of construction (start in January 2018),- Leader in the design of the technical and technological project of the factory,- All new organic and convencional products launch (brands: ‘’Farma Organica” and ‘’Omiljeno mleko”),- HACCP and IFS team leader,- Planning, preparing and conducting of internal audits, drafting checklists as well as reporting to senior management on the results of audits according to the rules of the standards,- Approving corrective actions for all non-conformities in the quality system,-Care for the work and organization of crisis management and the work of project groups,- Organization and coordination working, supervises of all activities in the internal laboratories,- Implementing HACCP, ORGANIC, IFS, HALAL certificates,- Cooperation with the competent Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Veterinary Administration of the Republic of Serbia in order to obtain solutions for trade and export of milk products to the territories of "third" countries, the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union,- Issuing Quality Certificates for products which are going to market of Custom Union and European Union.

- New products launch (kefir,kefir with fruits, spoonable kefir,’’Creme blanche”cream cheese, antipasti, coking cream, chocolate milk, fermented products and UHT products),- Implementing ISO, HACCP, IFS, HALAL certificates,- Issuing Quality Certificates for products which are going to market of Custom Union and European Union,- Preparing documentations for products for market of Custom Union (analyses, TDS, quality certificates, GMO statement),- Cooperating with external consulting house about making procedure of waste management.
