• Designing and building the ETL process for clients using the full MS stack. This involves the consolidation of data from multiple systems, not all Microsoft-based, utilizing ADF and SQL to build the transformations and a Tabular model or Power BI dataset for the final data model,• Designing and building of reports using Power BI and Paginated Reporting,• Writing Functional Design Documents and technical documentation for clients,• Working with the D365 F/SCM practice to ensure the correct systems are used within the BI solutions.• Utilizing new technologies and advancements from Microsoft and competitors.

• Deliver data reporting and analytics solutions by developing queries and visualizations to turn business requirements into Power BI Reports,• Supports the delivery of analytical products to business users via participating in Agile development activities including Agile ceremonies using Azure DevOps,• Supports activities across the testing delivery lifecycle, especially unit testing for dashboards,• Works closely with the Business Analyst to understand business requirements and build report and dashboard solutions to specification,• Visualize information and data in an intuitive, informative, and interactive manner to better communicate its significance,• Responsible for working with IT and business colleagues to resolve incidents and defects of developed solutions.

• Designing and building complex Microsoft Power BI reports for On-Prem Report Server with designing dashboards (wireframing) and developing reports, based on specifications and requests of the Sales, Finance and HR department.• Conducting ETL processes using SSIS, PowerShell, SQL, and other tools over the data derived from different Sources like internal HR database, Salesforce, Financial Cube, Tabular Models, Web and other.• Making changes on the financial Cube with MDX queries on demand for modifications of Roles and measures and others.• Data Analytics made with Measures, Columns made in DAX, KPI, time series modeling, predictions, and profiling.• Agile experience with JIRA. • Translating business needs to technical specifications.
