I am a final-semester student majoring in Business Administration at State Polytechnic of Malang. I have aspirations to work in the fields of Administration and Front Office. I have gained practical experience in customer service, writing business correspondence, conducting document management, handling telephone and presenting information. I am passionate about in public speaking and serving customer. Furthermore, I have strong skills in communication, teamwork, and problem solving.
