Responsible for Pan India Recruitment, HR Administration, Payroll , compliance, Employee Management .

My Responsibilities includes :-1) Managing General Administration work of company .2 )Recruitment & Selection of a candidate as per organisation requirement. 3) Completing of Joining, Induction, relieving, F& F Formalities.4) Maintaining the Monthly MIS Reports on HR & Admin.5) Making monthly salary Statements, Performance appraisals, Training of employees.6) Query and problems of employees on need basis on Policy and process.7) Managing travel booking and hotel agreements for managers, guests when it comes to business travelling and events. Also managing other admin work as well.8) Also handing Coordination with Key Customers on Business Development program feedbacks.9) Also doing audits for company every year to see the company is in line with the laws and practices is being followed as per the company’s act.10)Arranging Recruitment Drives (Both walk-in & Campus Drives)11)Updation of Employees database.12) Managing Old Customers and Add new Customer for business MIS Report.14) Providing Planning And Forecast presentation and review to the Board members on Weekly Basis of Work .15) Also look in the Financial Part of the Company Coordinate with Accounts Teams.
