We love that in the DBT group model, we, as facilitators, are also group members and we apply the strategies and lessons learned to ourselves as well.We believe that through the structure we provide, one that combines group therapy, skills coaching, and individual therapy, clients can get to the root of their problem and heal from the inside out.
