• Verify operation times for line balancing.• Maintenance and creation of Bills of Materials (BOM) for new and existing products.• Process ECRs (engineering change of requests) and ECOs (Engineering change order).• Create process deviations.• Support production floor with assigned areas, purchase of tools, equipment, spare parts, and problem-solving.• Create (2D) designs in DraftSight and/or AutoCAD for new and existing products in the site.• Plant layout updates in DraftSight.• Create and/or modify work instructions, procedures, production forms, quality alerts, etc.• Respond to RFQs (request for quotes) for new products in assigned areas.• Support with PPAP (PFMEA, PFD, Capacity study, etc.).• Coordinate and manage preventive, corrective, TPM, and external service maintenance.• Coordinate the sample process (prototypes, standard products, etc.) in the site.• Responsible for sample KPIs (OTP, OTR).

• Develop OEE formats for critical equipment.• Create requisitions for spare parts and consumables.• Coordinate samples in the Site.• Provide daily production reports, scrap reports, etc.• Manage personal.• Prioritize according to the production plan and/or MPS.

• Supply raw materials to production lines.• Conduct raw material inventories within the production line.• Report scrap in the system
