Control and manage the overall operational aspects of the project to achieve maximum profit and agreed deadlines. Directly responsible for the implementation of all site health and safety and overseeing sub-contractors across multiple sites. Designing and controlling all aspects of programming, scheduling and labour requirements. Face to face communication with clients regarding progress, additional works and general site activity. Managing each project from inception through to completion including health & safety site set up, programming, scheduling, labour and client communication and handover.The contract involves working to a tight and intense programme of works in both empty and occupied accomadation based on a twelve week turn round period to completion.
