Pharmacist and Computer Engineer, with more than 9 years of experience in the health sector, technology and retail. I am currently working as Operations Management Leader; managing incidents, requests and improvements requested by the different technology projects through agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) applying standardized practices such as ITIL4.I have also worked in the Health sector, actively participating in projects and quality audits (ISO9001-2008), leading functional teams for the definition, planning, development, testing and implementation of projects related to the care part: Electronic Health Record, Prescription of medicines, prenatal control, generation of legislative reports (Alto Costo, 4505, RIPS), development of modules for specialties such as pediatrics, geriatrics and Primary Health Care.In the Pharmaceutical Industry I have worked as Head of production of dermatological and cosmetic drugs, receiving audits for certification by regulatory bodies such as INVIMA and thus comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and production of pharmaceuticals. I like to constantly learn new technologies that benefit and streamline the daily work of employees in the organizations in which I have worked, I have holistic vision when I participate in projects in any of its phases, providing added value in the initiatives that I participate avoiding generation of reprocesses at the time of execution, I like to share the knowledge I acquire with other people so they can grow personally and professionally, creating teams that can self-manage and achieve common goals, reflecting the above in meeting goals under indicators such as KPI's.
