Milton has been an educator, writer and administrator to the business since 1965.Milton has degrees in English and education from the universities of Bangor in Wales, the University of Guyana and the University of the West Indies in Mona, Jamaica. He is co-author of two English text books widely used in the Caribbean since the early eighties.Milton has also written the foreword to "Msiba" by Ivan Khayiat.He has been a teacher and educational administrator in five countries.Some of his more important posts have been: Media Advisor to the former President of Guyana, Dr. Cheddi Jagan; Director of Information, Office of the President, Guyana; Deputy Registrar for Syllabuses for Caribbean Examinations Council; Senior Lecturer in English for Teacher Colleges in Two Caribbean countries; Senior Lecturer in Communication and Public Relations Adviser for the College of Agriculture in Jamaica.Milton is currently working online from Canada. He was Program Director/Facilitator-GAC Program at AlphaMax Academy-Suriname; Senior Lecturer at the Caribbean Institute of Language Studies; ;on the Board of Directors of two companies in Suriname, two in California and one in Canada. Milton has ghost written speeches for major Caribbean personalities including political leaders.
