I am an avid and determined campaigner for genuine (as against - perceived) Human Rights and believe that no one should be deprived of the inalienable right to seek justice within the law. The alternative is anarchy. Too many good, decent people are left without any remedy. They are the voiceless majority. They are in reality disenfranchised. Those with money and power can easily abuse their privileged position and the genuine person is left out without a legal remedy. My theme is - "until you have walked in my shoes". In other words, we should never stand in judgment on others. We are all unique and we need to respect one another's differences. Everyone is entitled to be heard and respected. They did not ask to be flawed. In an era supposedly synonymous with Human Rights, the individual, without the requisite funds, can be too frequently abused. He is beaten by the system - not on the basis of what is just, but merely by the influence, the money, the power, the corruption of the mighty corporation or public body, too often fighting their cause with someone else's money.Which banker stood trial for gross mis-selling?
