I am a partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP in Southfield, Michigan. I am a member of the Firm’s Tax Practice Group, specializing in the areas of federal and state taxation and business planning. I advise the Firm's varied client base, including publicly held and closely held corporations, as well as partnerships, limited liability companies, and individuals, on all aspects of federal, state and local tax laws. I advise clients in the structuring and implementation of a wide range of transactions and the tax issues associated with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, debt restructurings, and tax deferred like-kind exchanges. I earned my Bachelor’s degree with high distinction from the University of Michigan and am a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law. I also earned my LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
