I am currently the Comercial Director, in charge of of sales and , partnerships, product management and strategy. Currently my tasks can described as per bellow but are not limeted1- Define the Comercial Plan/Strategy for year, in terms of products and vertical sectors that we wull focus as company to make the numbers;2- Define individual targets and key account planning with the sales people to enable them to reach the assigned targets;3-Monitor and coach the sales people and drive them to success in terms of targets;4- Interact at C-level with ley accounts, to make sure we increase our share of wallet and maintain a healthy relationship;5-Major proposal development;6- Coordinate the relationships with the various OEMs. make sure we are the correct level of partnership.

I see knowledge sharing and transference as one of the most important efficient mechanisms for societal development. I have decided to contribute through doing part-time lecturing at a local and still growing university in Mozambique.I have lectured technical subjects namely:Data structures and algorithms.Databases I was able to gain an understanding of the impact of lecturing for young professionals development as well as communicating in a precise and understandable manner

Information technologies plays an important role in an academic environment and the needs of this type of environment are extremely complex. Hence there is a need for a dedicated person looking after the various existing systems.I was coordinating the various IT needs of the department with a borad spectrum of responsabilities among them :High performance cluster managementHelp desk team management.Server configuration Support for various academic needsResearching into new methods of improving the systems.I was able to lay the ground for a 3000 users LDAP implementation, setup an high performance computing cluster with 64 nodes using open source software.

Mozambique suffers with a structurally high unemployment rate and I saw entrepreneurship as one of the ways to mitigate it. I started a small company to find finance for extremely small venture through my network of friend. We were also trying to give managerial support.
