Assessed and evaluated educational and commercial clients' current technologies and recommended solutions that would streamline operations and lighten their budget - all while maintaining a high level of relations and quality. Responsible for a team of solution professionals, I was driven to create strategies that would drive partnerships, engineer plans to develop regular promotions, and develop protocols and procedures to become the core technology consultants for public, private, federal and state organizations.

As a Director of IAAK, I developed and operated the state’s largest after-school supplemental educational program. Mentoring teachers and leaders to provide a quality program that students and parents across the state could benefit from, I led our division to become the leader in this field and to brand our name as the top company to help students succeed outside of school. Taking ownership and responsibility for finance, budget, training, marketing, and operations, I took it upon myself to personally drive the success of this division.

In addition, I recruited and managed all employees and provided the leadership and guidance to build their skills for future growth – within or outside of the company. From a business development standpoint, I developed and negotiated key contracts that helped to lead to the purchase of the Verizon Hawaii paging client base in 2001 - a huge step towards growth for a locally-owned ESOP company.
