Began life in the UK, near Wales. My father passed away when I was 9yrs old. We then moved to New York and then Avalon Beach in Australia. I realised at 9, that whatever I made of my life was really down to me, so I began a journey of learning and making the most out of life as I saw it as short and not necessarily fair, but that only I could determine the fairness of my own life. My mother passed away in my arms at age 21. My determination increased, I focused on all the things I loved (music, sport, friends, fun, work, sales, psychology, philosophy, shares, real estate and the world itself). My catch cry was from a song I wrote -"Petrified Wisdom", which was about not being afraid to put yourself out there and attempt 100% what you had a talent for. So, with music we got to the recording contract stage, but management issues stopped our progress. so, I dived into real estate and shares. I used my creative side to develop new techniques, my knowledge of psychology to work out new ways of doing things that I found worked extremely well, and my high EQ and street smarts (from loving the social side of things and from working out people and how to get on with them from an early age). Everything I hated about real estate sales I changed and therefore created and developed my own unique program. This has allowed me to be able to boast that in my sales career, my statistics are world class, e.g.- selling success rate of 99%, average days on the market 14.5 days, sold for 10-12/10 in price (sold in the VIP or GOLD period) - 82%. I was convinced to become a partner in the business 4yrs ago and have since focused on developing others, which is what I feel I am meant to do. I have been mentoring, training and coaching our 6 star world class team (across 6 offices) ever since and am so proud of all of them, especially considering the majority had never been in real estate before.
