Professional with a long and solid experience in leadership and team management, with more than 40 years acting in industrial manufacturing, working in leading national and multinational companies in the automotive, white goods and energy segments, assuming leadership positions in engineering, quality and industrial management.Over the years of professional experience, I have developed a differentiated approach to applied leadership in conducting development and improvement projects.
