Executive Assistant
Current• Provide top-level senior executive support to multiple VPs and leaders, with diplomacy and discretion.Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling requirements, prioritizing commitments and accommodating changing priorities.• Act as a liaison between direct reports, internal teams, external partners, and vendors, facilitating seamless coordination and collaboration across functions.• Plan, execute, and oversee internal and external executive events and meetings, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, and off-sites, managing logistics, materials preparation, and note-taking.Assist in managing various team systems, including calendars, Slack channels, and distribution lists, to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.• Own and manage expense reporting and reconciliation, records management, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks as required.• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including complex logistics, ensuring efficient and comfortable travel experiences for executives.• Support with cross-team expenses, such as conferences and morale activities, ensuring budget compliance and cost-effectiveness.• Proactively anticipate follow-ups and upcoming needs, ensuring executives are well-prepared and informed for upcoming commitments.• Contribute to team culture by coordinating department initiatives, highlighting and celebrating team milestones, and fostering a positive work environment.• Ensure effective management of office spaces and team environments, including desk assignments, conference room utilization, seasonal adjustments, and remote/location statuses, while adhering to established guidelines.• Embody the Snowflake cultures and values.
