- Work on customer due diligence (eCADD)/ KYC for new to bank clients as well as existing client base until the maker role will be taken over by BSU- Active support of Relationship Managers (RMs) in the credit processes like- Client relevant qualification; financial documents; disbursement, timely CA reviews and Initiating escalations on a timely manner.- Participating on client meeting to support sales and client to handle / collect the appropriate documentation, especially in case of account opening- Active promotion of the Citi owned IVR self-service solutions towards Clients.- Support the acquisition and management of relationships for the Commercial Bank with the objective of revenue growth and good credit quality in line with the strategy of Citi Commercial Bank- Quality assurance: Providing complete documents for the Client in the highest quality. Documenting deferral processes.- Quarterly and annual financial completion and update of Financial Spreading.- Handling pipeline update and company creation process
