I have been working in various positions (Team Lead, Project Leader, and currently as a Product Owner) in the automotive industry since 2019 and I am looking for new challenges and opportunities. I started with a small team consisting of 2 interns and myself, but currently I am the leader of 30 engineers from various fields (SW developers, designers and integrators) and experience levels (from part-time juniors to senior colleagues).During these years I have become responsible for many cybersecurity features at the company, and also for creating and maintaining a generic SW Update method, which can be reused among most of the projects.Consequently I meet up and negotiate directly with the experts and stakeholders of our customers related to the above mentioned subjects. Developing these features for more projects helped me to acquire project managment skills, because we had to plan and execute in a way, that all deadlines were met properly.In my experience I'm mainly focused on project C Programming Language (planning, executing, controlling, monitoring) of large complex programs (EPAS ECU SW).
